On March 22, Zhu Xiaodong, director of the District People’s Congress Standing Committee visited Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Experts Innovation Center for investigation and research.
The research team of the Standing Committee went around the Innovation Center with an in-depth survey of the one-stop service hall, the “Shaoxing Keqiao Academicians’ Town”, and the exhibition hall of the Sino-Italian Innovation Center for Talents and Entrepreneurs to have a detailed understanding of the construction layout, talent attraction and introduction, business capacity, service guarantee mechanism and the like. Afterwards, they fully understood the situation of the park by visiting the working and living sites of foreign talents in the park and gaining an in-depth understanding of the innovative achievements and cultural environment atmosphere of the enterprises of overseas talents in our park.
The delegation expressed its affirmation of the achievements of KIP in the construction and operation management of the park, and hoped that KIP could continue to do a good job of attracting international high-end talents and teams, effectively integrate the introduction of talents with the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote more achievements on the ground, so as to make a greater contribution to the modernization of Keqiao "international textile capital, Hang Shao Star City".

Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Experts Innovation Center is located in the core section of Zhejiang Shaoxing Talent Entrepreneurship Park, with a total construction area of about 10,808.7 square meters. It is committed to creating a comprehensive platform integrating “talent introduction, technology research and development, transfer of achievements and logistics support.” The Innovation Center has been selected as the "Hallmark Event of the 40th Anniversary of Zhejiang's Opening Up" and an excellent case of national talent work, and the first batch of "Zhejiang Academician Home". In August 2020, the city's first public security immigration service station was settled in the service hall of the Innovation Center, which would integrate with the window of accepting work permits for foreigners in China, policy consultation window for high-level foreign talents, and life service window for foreigners already opened, providing overseas personnel and foreign high-level talents with visa preliminary examination, accommodation registration, work permit, policy consultation, life housekeeper and other one-stop services. The Innovation Center integrates government reception, brand publicity, investment and intellectual introduction, and park operation services to carry out various works.
